Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. While Ashley hasn't spoken much about her parents, she has credited her grandfather with the inspiration for her enthusiasm for working out as he was a popular bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since the age of four. She started taking swimming lessons when she was just four years old, and continued for 10 more. She entered numerous competitions but was never dedicated enough as she wasn't ready to go on an incredibly strict diet to ensure that her body would be able to give its maximum. Her attractive appearance and a slim physique made her famous when she was in highschool. Although it's unclear if Ashley ever dated someone throughout that time. Ashley did not go to school after graduation and decided to pursue being a fitness model. Ashley recognized that she was not happy with how her body appeared when she turned 15. Inspired by her grandfather, she started going to the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she would spend over the next 9 years shaping her body and gradually becoming a fitness star. Motivated by her victory Ashley participated in at the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She found herself motivated by her performance in her perception of an undeserved defeat, and decided to continue training even more. In 2015, she competed in the WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition ended. Ashley realized that she did not want to compete anymore. Though she'd been getting opportunities to photograph while competing Ashley was not keen on her career and modeling to become multi-faceted. Once she ceased competition, she began to become fitness model. The magazine featured her on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine, which launched her career of an exercise model, as she was signed by a modelling agency. In the years since, she has grown into a sought-after model. She has been featured on many bikini and apparel firms and is featured on the covers of a well-known fitness magazine.
